Located on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula with a superb view of the cove of Dinan which stretches on the horizon towards the magnificent Tas de Pois near Camaret sur mer and the Pointe de Dinan on the Crozon side , the house has direct access to the beach of kersiguenou by a path starting from the house (400 m) without crossing any car. The beach of kersiguenou is suitable for swimming in calm weather and will delight surfers when the swell is showing ... The village of kesiguenou is a small hamlet of mainly stone house ideally located in the heart of the peninsula between crozon and camaret sur mer. It faces south and away from the main roads. The hiking trails (GR34) are numerous and easily accessible from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with shower and bath, toilet. Upstairs there is a play and TV area for children. It can accommodate up to 5 people |
It is equipped with a television and WIFI internet access (Fast). A garage is at your disposal for your bikes, strollers, nautical equipment Pets are not accepted. Sleeps: 3 (140/190) In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced: Water: 2.0 Euros / m3 Electricity: 0.20 € / kW (except from June to September) Exit cleaning: 80 Euros (compulsory) Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed Towels on request: 5 € / person A deposit of 300 € is required for the rental. |
