Terms and conditions or rental:
Article 1
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of the seasonal rental contract is to define the terms and conditions of the rental of the property by the owner to the tenant for the duration and under the conditions determined herein.
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The lessee signing the present contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
The minimum stay is 6 nights for all properties. Arrivals are only possible on Saturday or Sunday and departures on Friday or Saturday. For the house on the beach at Goulien, arrivals are only possible on Sunday or Monday and departures on Saturday or Sunday.
During the 2 summer months, reservations for a minimum of 2 weeks are preferred.
Article 3 - Reservations
Rental availability must be confirmed by the owner. The number of people occupying the accommodation and their identities must be specified at the time of booking (use of the house will be limited to these people and must not exceed this number for insurance reasons).
Article 4 - Conclusion of contract
The reservation becomes effective once the tenant of legal age has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. A copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front,
Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to the present contract be made available, even partially, to third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without the written agreement of the owner.
Any infringement of this last paragraph may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement to the detriment of the lessee, with the proceeds of the rental agreement remaining the property of the owner.
The rental price excludes charges for end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory), provision of household linen (optional) and tourist tax.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the tenant

Cancellation by the tenant is possible up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, free of charge and with full refund.
- In the event of cancellation 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be retained by the lessor.
- In the event of cancellation 7 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the amount due will be retained by the lessor.
- In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the tenant is liable for the full amount of the stay.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
The owner will pay the tenant the full amount of the deposit.
a) if the cancellation is due to the sole fault of the owner, an indemnity at least equal to that which the tenant would have paid if the cancellation had been due to the owner on that date.
b) in the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, health disaster with COVID-19 positivity or contact case, or prohibition on renting by prefectoral decree, damage by previous occupants, etc.), no compensation will be paid.
Article 07 - Security deposit
On arrival, a security deposit (amount depending on the property reserved) by cheque or cash will be requested.
This will be returned on the day of departure, or at the latest within 7 days of the end of the rental period, if no damage has been noted.
Otherwise, in addition to the rental charges, the tenant will be liable for any damage caused to the house, as well as the cost of replacing any lost, destroyed or damaged items, and those whose wear exceeds normal for the duration of the rental period, the cost of cleaning comforters returned dirty, painted walls, ceilings, windows, curtains, bedding ... The tenant is liable for any damage he or the persons accompanying him may cause intentionally or through negligence.
Article 08 - Use of the premises
The Tenant shall ensure the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Children are under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Article 09 - Capacity
The present contract is drawn up for a maximum capacity of persons, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional guests. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered on the customer's initiative.
Article 10 - Pets
For the sake of hygiene and respect for all, pets and other animals are not allowed in the accommodation (unless otherwise indicated for some). In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
Article 11 - Insurance
The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by himself. He must be covered by a holiday insurance policy for these various risks. Failure to take out such insurance, in the event of a claim, will give rise to damages. The owner undertakes to insure the property against rental risks. The tenant must notify the owner within 24 hours of any damage to the property, its outbuildings or accessories.
Article 12 - Inspection of the premises
The lessee may not object to the inspection of the premises when requested by the owner or his representative.
Article 13 - Smoking
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation.
